1. The return policy described below applies to subscription of hometutor.com.my purchases made through online (www.hometutor.com.my) and offline.

 

2. Request for refund.
• Complete refund within 30 days from the purchased date.
• No refund after 30 days from the purchased date.

 

3. Once your request for refund has been received and checked, please allow 30 working days for payment to be made.

 

4. Request for cancellation.
• No refund after 30 days from the purchased date.

 

How to request for refund?

Send email to support@hometutor.com.my with the subject heading “Request for refund”. State the username and your contact number. Our customer service representative will contact you within 3 working days for further details.

Payment via Affiliates

• Once payment is confirmed by Learn 2 Score, Activation Code will be provided via email within 24 hours.

 
Payment via Online Banking

• Once payment is confirmed by Learn 2 Score, Activation Code will be issued immediately and via email within 24 hours.
